Lamintime Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized tote bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange.

4. Return Shipping
