Lamintime Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• Handcrafted Items: As most of our tote bags are handcrafted, please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong):
• Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate; estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  
• Expedited Shipping: $15.99 flat rate; estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  
• International Shipping:
• Standard International Shipping: $25.99 flat rate; estimated delivery within 7-14 business days after dispatch.
  
• Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
  

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• Tracking Information: A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Carriers

• Domestic: We primarily use SF Express for domestic shipments.
  
• International: International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination.
  

5. Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Delays and Issues

• Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
  
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@lamintime.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
